Presenting and Navigating Your MeetUp in MeetMoji

Welcome to MeetMoji, where your presentations come alive beyond traditional slides! Our MeetUps allow you to seamlessly integrate slides, videos, and interactive polls to engage your audience like never before. Here’s how to get started:

Launching Your MeetUp

  1. Start Your Presentation: To begin, simply click on “Present MeetUp”. This will launch your MeetUp in full-screen mode, providing a clean and immersive experience for both you and your audience.
  2. Exiting Full Screen: Prefer a windowed view? Press the Esc key at any time to exit full-screen mode.
  • Basic Navigation: At the bottom center of your screen, you’ll find left and right arrows. Use these to move forward or backward through your MeetUp scenes, just like flipping through slides.
  • Scene Navigator: For quick jumps between scenes, click on the scene navigator icon (resembling 2 stacked boxes) located on the left-hand side controls. This tool is perfect for skipping to specific content without disrupting the flow of your presentation.

Engaging Your Audience

  • Streaming Emojis: Toggle the streaming emojis on or off to control real-time audience reactions. Turning them off will hide the emojis from both the presenter’s and viewers’ screens.
  • QR Code for Participation: The QR code control is always at your fingertips. Display it to allow your audience to scan and join your session, enabling them to participate in polls, send emojis, and ask questions.
  • Interactive Q&A: Manage audience questions by turning the Questions feature on or off. A red dot will notify you of pending questions. Clicking the Question Icon will reveal these on the right side of your screen, and selecting a question will bring it up full screen for everyone to see.
  • Mojis Visibility: Mojis represent your audience’s presence and engagement. They’ll drop into the scene as participants join. Use the Ghost icon to show or hide these mojis, depending on your preference.

Concluding Your MeetUp

  • Ending the Session: When your presentation concludes, simply click the X in the top left corner to close out your MeetUp.

Optional Remote Control

  • For added convenience, all these controls are also available through an optional remote control feature, allowing you to manage your MeetUp from a second screen, keeping your main presentation screen clutter-free.
